Tore's KE20 Low, Wide and Turbo

Hi, im addicted to corollas, broke and have too many projects going on, but im still going strongish!
bought this car back in the summer vacation as a my second parts car for my RallyRolla. But it was to good to be wrecked+ i got it for 1/5 of the price the owner was asking, he found me online and liked what i was doing with my rallyrolla and wanted to see his project finished so he contacted me, i will not let him down!
he was asking 6k $ ish for it a coupple of years ago, after that he bought lots of parts and i got it for a bit over 1k

27mm Front swaybar
Shortned front struts with shorter and stiffer shocks
TE27 dash with tacho
te27 heater panel with guages
T50 gearbox
2x 265 streetslicks, 2x 225 streetslicks in the front
9x16 inch Borbet T rims
4x110-->4x100 spacers
3k with gearbox
all new suspention parts
all new steering parts
TRD oil pump
Celica mk1 steering wheel
Te27 ducktail and front spoiler
a set of almost new K/N diamond 4x110 rims with tires
Rear sway bar
LSD instert
and looots of spare parts..
anyways here it is!
all loaded on the trailer, filled our car, the KE20 and the trailer with parts...

arriving at home

test fitting rear wheels are sent in for widening, going to be 3 inches wider! aka 12 inch wide wheels in the back of a KE20

welded up a pitman arm just for getting it moving

welded up one of the arches really quick, does not matter if its ugly or not the overfender is covering it

going down the rubo path! bought an intercooler, dump, boost controller and guage, and a Renault 5 Turbo carb with adapter plate to something

new engine for the Rallyrolla, this has high compression and 2 carbs so no turbo for this, taking the engine out of the RallyRolla and chucking in this!

picked up a doubble working vacume clock for the ignition, pulls on vacume and pushes on pressure

struts finished

alright height without flares

made some room for the tire to turn



needs more low in the rear and i need to get my 12 inch wide wheels back soon ( widened the lip by 3 inches)


making quarter bumpers

need some more work

thinking of cuttin out the so its one large hole where the bumper used to sit

and here i did it

painted the IC, the old tyota logo inside the rising sun

the back is sooo high, liked how the front end turned out
